Role summary

SEO is at the core of everything we do as a business, not simply a service bolted on to other offerings as an afterthought. We see search, specifically SEO, as the pivotal cog in the digital marketing machine.

We’re currently looking for the most talented and passionate individuals to bolster our SEO team, which already consists of over 20 members, who are all purely focused on technical SEO and SEO strategy. As part of our team, you’ll be given the opportunity to work with peers at the top of their game, with decades of experience across all areas of SEO, helping to support and fast track your career aspirations.

Our clients are typically large, well-known, international brands, with huge global budgets dedicated purely to enhancing SEO performance. You’ll be assigned a manageable, diverse portfolio of clients, including international accounts, spanning multiple industries, and given the opportunity to lead the strategy across all of these accounts – not just the delivery.

We empowered our team to be self-sufficient, managing your own day to day workloads, while also providing varying levels of management exposure through a team of dedicated executives for you to develop while they support your day to day delivery.

Furthermore, we have a technical development department, dedicated to the development of proprietary tools and technology – primarily focused on SEO tools. As part of your role, we’ll actively encourage innovation and creativity for how software could further both yours, the team’s, and the business’ needs. We’ll then support you in bringing this to life.

A typical day will see you undertake a wide variety of tasks across your client portfolio, such as conducting in-depth technical audits, carrying out health checks, reporting & presenting to clients, identifying growth opportunities across your portfolio, alongside collaborating with other teams across the business leading the overarching SEO strategy.

What you'll need
  • At least 3 years’ experience in an SEO specific role
  • Confident carrying out technical SEO audits
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong business writing skills and ability to produce high quality reports
  • The ability to work as part of a team and as an individual
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A demonstrable track record of providing ROI through SEO strategy

This is a remote based role with occasional travel to our office just outside of Peterborough.
