Ingenie is a leading young driver insurance specialist having built a trusted brand around telematics, or black box insurance.
The brief was very clear. Improve Ingenie’s search visibility by implementing a successful digital PR campaign-led plan.
Ingenie was focused on pivoting towards a content-led strategy after experiencing issues with visibility from past work on the site.
Our job was to fix those initial issues, while supporting the creation of an on and off-page content strategy.
While the site already had a well-populated blog our remit was to take that off-page by creating a rounded digital PR strategy that focused on building relationships with key influencers. With the full support of the internal team it was agreed to follow a plan to earn low numbers of placements but from high metric sites.
That approach has centred on a campaign plan that allows the team to build relationships first and create partnerships for exclusives that are then supported by paid media amplification across social and content networks such as Outbrain and Taboola.
The result has been record search visibility for the brand alongside never-before-seen revenues.
